Chest/ triceps

1 set

– 20 push-ups every minute for 5 minutes straight.

Triceps/ chest

1 set

– 20 dips every minute for 5 minutes straight.

Back/ biceps

– 5 pull-ups every minute for 5 minutes straight.

Biceps/back

– 5 chin-ups every minute for 5 minutes straight.
