2 Lb Flank steak or Bohemian steak
Tamari or soy sauce, 1/3 cup
Lee Kum Kee Thai chili sauce, 1/4 cup or so
Worcester sauce, 1 Tablespoon
Gochujang sauce (hot pepper paste) 1 Tablespoon
NADC OG Steak, 1/2 tablespoon
toasted sesame seed oil, 2 Tablespoon
The Night before
1. Make your marinade.
1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce, 1 Tbsp Worcester sauce, 1/2 Tbsp NADC OG Steak, 1 Tbsp Gochujang, 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil, Whisk well.
2. Rinse and dry the steak, submerge the steak in the marinade and cover. Place in your fridge and let rest for 2-12 hours. The longer the better.
3.Once marinated, take the steak out of the fridge, take the steak out of the marinade and let rest until the steak is room temp. This takes about 30-45 minutes. This also insures an even cook.
4. Time to cook your steak. Heat up your grill or in this case I used my Otto Grill. The steak can take anywhere from 3-7 minutes a side depending on the size of your steak and how you like it cooked. I like to cook my flank steak to about and internal temp of 130F Which is medium. I always suggest using a digital thermometer, you can get these anywhere for cheap.
5. Once the steak is cooked to your liking take it out and let it rest for about 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!
