Get Used To It is a short, hopeful film which examines the challenges faced by women and girls in post-apartheid South Africa and the role that skateboarding can play in building girls’ confidence and providing them with a safe space to play, learn and mix with other children.

The film features the Skateistan Skate School in Johannesburg, which was opened in 2016 and meets some of the women and girls who are making a difference through skateboarding.
