What does it take to be able to control your breathing while under the pressure of 30ft of water? While being violently thrashed around in the dark, not knowing which way is up or down. Laurie Towner shows us the process of keeping calm beneath the sea and his process involved with breath training. The film features the GBA800 by G-Shock.

10 Things I Hate – Dan Plunkett | Monster Children

Monster Children – In this video entitled 10 Things I Hate with Dan Plunkett, Dan Plunkett shares many things that he hates, but you know what? We don’t believe him. He says he hates this and that but if you really look into his eyes while he’s speaking there doesn’t seem to be anything remotely hateful going on. If anything, this video should be called Ten Things Dan Plunkett Claims to Hate. He doesn’t hate. He’s too nice.
