Since we’ve all been on various degrees of quarantine across the world, we’ve all had to improvise on meals, whether that means ordering out every meal on seamless, or finally trying our hands out in the kitchen. We knew it was the perfect time to get Yaje to throw on the figurative chef’s hat again and show us how to make something easy yet tasty, right at home.
This time around Yaje showed us how to make pão de queijo, a traditional baked good found all over Brazil. Its texture and flavor are truly unlike anything else we’ve ever had, and for the health nuts out there, it’s gluten free so you don’t have to worry about farting all night.
