Growing up in Sussex, England, Nick Weston spent already from an early age on most of his time in the woods. Living in a treehouse for about 6 months, which he built from recycled and natural materials, taught him how to survive in nature.

In March 2011 Nick founded “Hunter Gather Cook”- a foraging and cookery school that specializes in outdoor cookery and wild cocktails, exclusively over live fire. His vision was to create a ‘Hunter-Gatherer’ school that blended a mixture of animal butchery, foraging, cooking and bushcraft with an emphasis in living comfortably in the great outdoors and creating high-end dishes using wild produce.

Follow Nick into the woods and check out what a day in his life looks like… @huntergathercook
