The Berrics – When Tyler Peterson was 15 he tagged me in a video he posted to his instagram. First thing I noticed was his funny blue helmet which made him look like a kid. The second thing I noticed was that not even some of the best pros were doing the tricks he was doing so effortlessly. Third thing I noticed was that he was from St. Louis and being from St. Louis myself, I paid extra special attention because I saw a lot of me in Tyler. Out of all the stories I’ve told, and all the videos we’ve made and posted on the Berrics over the past 12 years, this is probably the most personal one to me. Off and on, over the last 3 months, I spent time with Tyler shooting this video and I can honestly tell you that I have never been so singularly inspired by someone my entire life. I truly love this kid. Despite all that’s happened in his world the last year and half he’s continued to stay strong, positive and motivated, moving forward, not letting anything get him down and in the thick of it all, never stop pushing. Thank you to Tatras Clothing for making a beautiful capsule collection of tees, hoodies, sweatpants and pants to go along with this series of videos and for helping us bring Tyler’s story to the world. —Steve Berra #NeverStopPushing Subscribe to The Berrics: http://bit.ly/TheBerricsYoutube”>http://bit.ly/TheBerricsYoutube Daily Videos and More: http://theberrics.com”>http://theberrics.com Shop The Canteen! https://canteen.theberrics.com/”>https://canteen.theberrics.com/ Like The Berrics on Facebook: http://fb.com/berrics”>http://fb.com/berrics Follow The Berrics on Instagram: http://instagram.com/berrics”>http://instagram.com/berrics Follow The Berrics on TikTok: href=”https://www.tiktok.com/@berrics”>https://www.tiktok.com/@berrics”> class=”bluelink boldlink” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener” href=”https://www.tiktok.com/@berrics”>https://www.tiktok.com/@berrics? /> Follow The Berrics on Twitter: http://twitter.com/berrics”>http://twitter.com/berrics
bigfancylad – Big and Tom are back at it again to talk about all things skateboarding, including, but NOT limited to; hard candies, dune buggies, and Christian Slater’s résumé. All this plus a whole lot more loosely affiliated with skateboarding.
Monster Children – At first glance, Tash Adams of Stash Jewellery seems like a regular sweetheart, but when you ask her what displeases her about the world… man, does she have some hate. She hates a ton of stuff. Granted, it’s all stuff worth hating, but we didn’t expect it to come spewing out of her. When we interviewed the Sydney-based jewellery designer for our last issue (Monster Children 65), she was all, ‘I love my mum’ and ‘life rules!’ But when we sat her down to find out what she hates for this video… Wow.
