There is an explosion of skateboarding coming out of Japan and Kisa Nakamura has been at the forefront of that wave on the VPS Pro Tour.

Kisa has placed third at the Vans Park Series World Championships in both 2016 and 2017 and taken first place at the 2018 Huntington Beach stop.

With the 2020 Olympics coming to her home country, she is looking to improve her ranking even further. In this Rider profile we travel to Kobe, Japan to get to know the Olympic hopeful and see how she feels about skateboarding on the world stage.
